Eligibility and Application

a. This offer is only available to Mobicred members.
b. The relevant promotional code must be entered at checkout to activate the promotion.
c. A minimum order value of R350 (excluding shipping) is required to qualify for the promotion.

d. Each voucher is limited to one use per customer.

Exclusions and Limitations

a. This promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discount codes, or vouchers.

Misuse and Abuse

a. OneDayOnly reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
b. Customers found to be misusing the promotion, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to redeem the voucher, may have their access to the OneDayOnly platform suspended or restricted.
c. In cases of abuse, OneDayOnly reserves the right to recover costs from customers who have duplicated voucher redemptions.

General

a. OneDayOnly reserves the right to amend or withdraw these terms and conditions, as well as the promotional offering, at any time without notice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS "Mr D x Mobicred Promotion"

1. This Promotion is organised by Mobicred, powered by RCS Cards (Pty) Ltd (NCRCP 38/ FSP 44481) and Mr Delivery (Proprietary) Limited (Pty) Ltd ("the Promoters")

2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the Promotion rules and entrants agree to abide by the rules.

3.  Promotion period: The Promotion commences on 1 December 2025 and will terminate on 31 December 2025.

4.  The Promotional offer: Make a purchase through Mr D using Mobicred/Wicode and stand a chance to win 1 of 20 R 500 (five hundred rand) Mr D voucher ("the Prize").

5. To qualify, the customer must:

5.1. make a successful purchase using their Mobicred account on the Mr D app during the promotion period. The minimum spend required is R 250. The customer must;

5.2. be a natural person and not a juristic person;

5.3. be a Mobicred account holder in good credit standing;

5.4. be in possession of a valid South African identity document;

5.5. be over the age of 18 (eighteen) years.

6. Should the customer successfully fulfil the above criteria, they will automatically participate in the Promotion ("the Qualifying Transaction").

7. Participants can only qualify for a Mr d voucher once.

8. Should the Qualifying Transaction be declined, cancelled or refunded within the Promotion period, or before the Voucher has been issued, this shall be deemed an unsuccessful purchase and the automatic qualification will be deemed null and void. 

9. Promotional offer fulfilment:

9.1. The qualifying customers will be determined by Mobicred. There will be twenty (20) winners.

9.2. The qualifying customer/s will automatically be added into a lucky draw at the end of the campaign period.

9.3. The winning Participant will be notified via email by/on 6^th January 2026 following the end of the Promotion period.

9.4. The Promoter shall attempt to contact the winning Participant no less than 3 (three) times. If, however, the Promoter is unable to reach the winning Participant, the Voucher will be forfeited, and another winning Participant will be selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.

9.5. The Promotional offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other consideration. This promotional offer cannot be granted in conjunction with any other promotional offers by the Promoters within the promotion period.

10. Limitations:

10.1. The Promotion is not open to those persons who are a director, member, partner, employee, or agent of the Promoters, any consultant to the Promoters, as well as any family members of Promoters' employees, and any other person who is controlled by the Promoters.

10.2. No discount will be awarded to any person to whom such voucher may not be legally awarded including, but not limited to, minors under the age of 18 years.

11. The Voucher will only be allocated to one winner who, is selected by random draw and meet the qualifying criteria within the promotion period. Any customer who meets the qualifying criteria beyond this threshold will not receive a voucher.

12. Data Protection:

12.1. Customers hereby consent to the Promoters using and processing their personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, No. 4 of 2013 ("POPIA") in order to process their entry as stated herein, as well as for any marketing and future promotions, if opted in.

12.2. Any personal information relating to the qualifying participant(s) will be used solely in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA") and POPIA and will not be disclosed to a third party in contravention of POPIA.

12.3. By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the sharing of their personal information between the Promoters and their affiliates, including holding and subsidiary companies.

12.4. By posting any content, images, or comments on any of the Promoters' public and/or social media platform or by sending any such content to the Promoters, a Participant consents to and gives the Promoter/s a world-wide royalty free license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish such content, images or comments for the purposes of promoting the Promoters' products and/or services.

13. Customer responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the personal contact details captured on the Mobicred and the Mr D database system is complete, accurate and up to date.

14. Customer Undertaking: Customer acknowledges that he/she shall only receive the Promotional offer upon fulfilment of the criteria contained in these terms and conditions.

15. Disclaimer: The Promoters, its associated companies, agents and service providers/co-promoters involved in the Promotion assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, and/or any other claims arising in connection with this promotional offer.

16. System Failure: The Promoters will not be responsible for loss, delayed and/or misdirected electronic messages, internet of computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond control of the Promoters, which may cause the entry into the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.

17. Cancellation: The Promoters reserve the right to, in sole discretion, to cancel, extend or suspend this Promotion. If so, and to the extent permitted by law, all entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this Promotion and acknowledge that they have no recourse in such event against the Promoters, its associated companies, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors and/or co-promoter.

19. Any provision of these terms and conditions or the Promotion which is held to be invalid or unenforceable shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without invalidating or rendering unenforceable the remaining provisions thereof.

20.  In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promoters is final and binding, and no further correspondence will be exchanged.
